Read our full Terms and Conditions before ordering. They contain our terms for purchases, website use, sizing and care, delivery, returns, security, intellectual property, liability and disputes. This checkout policy highlights key purchase terms. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate details and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Prices are in AUD unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable are disclosed before purchase. An automatic order receipt acknowledges your offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline an order before acceptance for genuine reasons such as unavailable stock, failed payment, inability to deliver or reasonable evidence of fraud, and will notify you and promptly refund payment. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement. An error does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted contract.

Products and delivery

Review descriptions, measurements, materials and care instructions before buying. Screen colours may vary slightly, but goods must match their description. Available destinations, charges and estimated timeframes must be disclosed before purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Courier or postal-service disruptions, peak-period demand, severe weather, transport interruptions and customs processing may delay delivery, including events beyond our reasonable control. We will let you know about significant delays we become aware of and work with the carrier to help resolve them. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact apps@ingenuityx.au with your order number. These delays do not exclude our responsibilities or your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, including a remedy where goods cannot be supplied within a reasonable time. Contact us about delayed, missing or damaged deliveries. Using a courier does not remove our obligations. International orders are available where checkout supports the destination. Customs processing may delay delivery, and import duties or local fees not included in the checkout total may be payable to authorities or the carrier; review checkout disclosures and ask us if uncertain.

Returns and consumer guarantees

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unsuitable sizing, simply disliking an item or finding it cheaper elsewhere. This does not affect rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods, any required cancellation rights or a specific return promise made before purchase. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem that can be fixed, we will remedy it at no cost within a reasonable time; further remedies apply if we do not. These rights are not limited by a store return window, original packaging, sale status or a manufacturer warranty. We pay or reimburse reasonable return costs where a consumer guarantee problem is confirmed. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise; we do not require store credit instead of a refund you are entitled to receive.

Website use and privacy

Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not use the website for fraud, malware, unlawful activity, infringement or security interference. Do not email passwords or full payment card details. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. These terms do not grant blanket marketing or tracking consent. Website outages and third-party services do not remove purchase rights or our responsibilities. Any recurring payment requires express agreement to separately disclosed billing and cancellation terms.

Liability, updates and disputes

We do not exclude mandatory remedies or require a blanket customer indemnity. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement except where required by law. Contact us about complaints; you remain free to approach a relevant consumer protection agency, tribunal or court. Australian and NSW laws apply, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, including international consumer protections. Full details appear in the linked Terms and Conditions.
